        "INVENTORY 
        MANAGEMENT" is an option for companies that sell and repair hardware 
        to track all hardware at customer locations, maintain a history on the 
        equipment, generate RMA numbers, and allow for swapping of equipment. 
        Inventory Management is also used by internal help desks to track the 
        equipment throughout the organization.

        MS SQL Server, or IBM's UDB family). The client user interface is Windows 
        or Java. The Java interface runs in a browser under many different operating 
        systems including Linux, Mac, Unix, etc.
