of external documents and database fields. If you have developed
significant information resources outside of CustomerFirst
(e.g. FAQ's, product documentation, white papers, or web pages),
TechSearch provides a mechanism that allows you to leverage this
existing knowledge from within CustomerFirst. Users can search
against any field in the CustomerFirst database as well as
search your external libraries. WebFirst with TechSearch
gives your customers the ability to search the CustomerFirst
database as well as your product documentation, white papers, etc.
